Facebook Expands Ad Reporting

At the conclusion of Facebook Ad campaigns, advertisers will now be able to access reports of their ad placements across the audience network. The report will include publisher sites, mobile apps, and videos that have featured ads. One of the major reasons for this new reporting feature is addressing advertisers concern over ad placements next to sensitive or offensive content. AdWords Launching Collaborative Dashboards

In the new Google AdWords, uses can build and share custom dashboards to enable better collaboration. The feature allows users to create customized tables and charts that are highly visible, can be created right on the spot, and shared. Advertisers are excited the new custom dashboards, pictured below, will allow them to quickly access and share information that is most relevant to their campaigns. 9 New Types of Banned Facebook Ad Content

As pressure mounts to ensure ads are placed next to appropriate content, Facebook has announced 9 new types of content that will be banned from carrying ads bought through Facebook. The 9 types of content that cannot be monetized include:

  • Misappropriation of Children’s Characters
  • Tragedy and Conflict
  • Debated Social Issues
  • Violent Content
  • Adult Content
  • Prohibited Activity
  • Explicit Content
  • Drug and Alcohol Use
  • Inappropriate Language

Snapchat Launches 3D Bitmojis
